If we want to heal from within we need to first start with what we put in. Eating a wide variety of clean, nutrient dense foods can transform your health, your mood, your energy levels and so much more!

There is no single diet that works for everyone. I work to customize nutrition plans based on the specific needs of each individual client. Each plan consists of nutrient dense foods that are nourshing the body at a cellular level enabling the client to establish balance and vitality.

Balanced Lifestyle

As a holistic practitioner, it is important to include all aspects of wellness in my client's healing journey. This includes everything that "nourishes" the body off the plate. This can be anything from relationships, career, traditions, physical activity, spiritual practices, etc. These are areas of life that feed your soul and bring you joy. We call these Primary Foods, as they take precedence over the foods we consume.

I work with clients to identify their unique set of Primary Foods and determine which areas require further attention to infuse joy and balance back into their life.
