How to Work With Me

Step #1

Book a FREE 15-Minute Discovery Call. This provides an opportunity for me to learn about how I might be able to support you in reaching your health goals as well as tell you a bit about my approach and philosophy.

Step #2

If we are a good fit, I will schedule your 60-Minute Comprehensive In-Take Session and provide you with your welcome packet which includes your in-take forms.

Step #3

Once we’ve completed your In-Take Session, we will then schedule 45-minute Follow Up Sessions which are typically held every 2 weeks. This ensures my clients feel fully supported, held accountable, and ensures success in reaching their health goals.

All sessions are held via Zoom and I take Clients Nationwide.

What You Can Expect

Each client receives the following:

  • Full set of session notes complete with summary of our discussion, wins reported, challenges or barriers identified and recommendations for the week.
  • A variety of hand-outs and resources to help you in your healing journey.
  • Access to a Food and Mood Journal
  • Customized nutrition plan based on your bio-individual needs and goals, complete with a customized meal plan, recipes and shopping list.
  • All of my Clients receive 15% off all supplements and health products through my online dispensary through Fullscript.
  • Free email support between sessions.
