This temporary, therapeutic low FODMAP plan is designed to help those dealing with significant gastrointestinal problems such as IBS and SIBO.

This 14-day meal plan helps reduce the consumption of a certain class of carbohydrates called fermentable short-chain carbohydrates to help "starve out" any excess bacteria that may take up residence in the small intestine. Removing these irritants allows time for the gut lining to repair itself and restore a healthy balance of gut flora.
