Introduction
Kristy Lee Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit kristyleewellness.com (the “Site”), use our quiz, sign up for our email list, or work with us as a client. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using our Site, taking our quiz, subscribing to our email list, or otherwise providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services.
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you subscribe to our email list, take our quiz, or contact us
- Health-related information you share when completing intake forms, taking our assessments, or working with us as a 1:1 client (including symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, and metabolic type information)
- Payment information when you purchase a service (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full payment card details)
- Communications you send us via email, contact forms, or messaging within our practice management system
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies that help us understand how visitors use the Site
Information from third-party services:
- When you take our quiz, we collect your email address and quiz responses through our quiz provider (Interact)
- When you become a client, your intake forms, session notes, and program data are stored in our practice management software (Practice Better)
- Email engagement data (opens, clicks) from our email marketing platform (Kit, formerly ConvertKit)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the result of your quiz and the welcome email tied to that result
- Deliver educational emails, newsletters, and program announcements you’ve subscribed to receive
- Provide our services, including 1:1 sessions, the Metabolic Blueprint, and the 6-Month Metabolic Restoration Program
- Personalize your client experience based on intake forms, assessments, and lab results (where applicable)
- Process payments and send invoices, receipts, and program-related communications
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Improve our Site, our quiz, and our content based on how visitors are engaging with them
- Comply with our legal obligations
By submitting your email address through our quiz or any opt-in form on our Site, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
Health Information
Kristy Lee Wellness is a functional health and wellness practice, not a medical practice. The information we collect through intake forms and assessments is used to design personalized wellness recommendations and is not subject to HIPAA in the way that medical records are. However, we treat your health-related information with the same care and confidentiality as a medical office would.
We will never sell, share, or disclose your health information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share health information only with practice management providers (e.g., Practice Better) who store the information securely on our behalf, and only when required by law.

Cookies and Tracking
Our Site uses cookies — small data files stored in your browser — to help the Site function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors are using the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality.
We may also use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymized data about Site usage. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
