  • Send you the result of your quiz and the welcome email tied to that result
  • Deliver educational emails, newsletters, and program announcements you’ve subscribed to receive
  • Provide our services, including 1:1 sessions, the Metabolic Blueprint, and the 6-Month Metabolic Restoration Program
  • Personalize your client experience based on intake forms, assessments, and lab results (where applicable)
  • Process payments and send invoices, receipts, and program-related communications

  • Improve our Site, our quiz, and our content based on how visitors are engaging with them

Health Information

Kristy Lee Wellness is a functional health and wellness practice, not a medical practice. The information we collect through intake forms and assessments is used to design personalized wellness recommendations and is not subject to HIPAA in the way that medical records are. However, we treat your health-related information with the same care and confidentiality as a medical office would.

We will never sell, share, or disclose your health information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share health information only with practice management providers (e.g., Practice Better) who store the information securely on our behalf, and only when required by law.

  •  WordPress — hosts the Site and may store basic visitor data

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
