I want you to hear that, because it matters more than anything else on this page. The reason nothing has worked long-term isn’t because you lack discipline, or willpower, or the “right” information. The cycle you've been caught in (and why it keeps repeating)

Most programs you’ve tried ask your body to do something hard. Restrict, cleanse, cut, detox and eliminate before they’ve done anything to help your body feel safe. And here’s the piece almost nobody explains:

So the cycle goes something like this. You start strong on a plan. You white-knuckle your way through the first two or three weeks. You see a little movement. And then,  life happens. Stress spikes. Here's what's actually happening inside your body

Your body is not a collection of separate systems you can fix one at a time. Your gut talks to your hormones. Your hormones talk to your nervous system. Your nervous system decides how your metabolism, your sleep, your mood, and your weight will behave today. When one of those systems is under stress, every other system compensates.

That’s why eliminating a food group can shift bloating temporarily — but not fix it. Why a cortisol-calming supplement can take the edge off — but not restore your cycle. Why another “clean eating” reset can help for a month — and then your body finds its way right back.

You don’t have a willpower problem. You have a sequencing problem. The pieces are being addressed in the wrong order, in isolation, without the information your body is trying to give you.

     The Metabolic Restoration Program is a whole-body approach to root-cause healing for the woman who is done chasing symptoms. It’s the work I’ve refined over years of practice, built specifically for the woman in her mid-thirties to mid-forties whose body has quietly stopped responding to the old rules.

    Every phase builds on the one before it. We don’t skip steps. We don’t ask your body to clear anything it isn’t ready to clear. We don’t strip nutrients out before we’ve built your foundation up. The sequence is the medicine.

    See the whole picture. Functional testing and a deep dive into your history, symptoms, and metabolic type, so we stop guessing.

    Phase 2: Regulate →

    Safety before strategy. Steady your blood sugar, calm your nervous system, restore your sleep, and build consistent nourishment.

    What Each Phase Looks Like In Practice

    REVEAL & REGULATE

    This is the phase most programs skip — and it’s the reason they fail. In the first two weeks I order a full set of functional labs to see what’s actually happening in your gut, hormones, stress response, and metabolic type. While we wait for results, we steady the foundation: blood sugar, nervous system, sleep, and consistent nourishment. By the end of these phases most women feel steadier than they have in years and for the first time.

    PREPARE TO RELEASE

    This is the step that keeps you from ever experiencing a “healing crisis.” Before we ask the body to release anything, we gently open the pathways it uses to clear: your liver, your lymph and your digestion. We remove the specific foods your testing flagged as inflammatory and reduce the toxic load coming in from your environment, so your immune system can come down out of alarm mode. This is the phase where the heaviness starts to lift.

    RELEASE

    Now, and only now, we address the deeper imbalances your testing uncovered:  opportunistic bacteria, microbiome shifts, the inflammation that’s kept your hormones off-kilter. Because your foundation is solid and your drainage is open, your body can do this work without burning through its reserves. This is the phase where stubborn symptoms that have shadowed you for years begin to resolve. Pace matters more than aggression — we move at the speed your body is ready for.

    REBUILD

    Most women have done “healing” before. What they’ve almost never done is the rebuilding that comes after. We repair the gut lining, restore the beneficial bacteria, support hormone balance, and gradually reintroduce the foods we removed — so you leave with the widest possible diet, not the narrowest. By the end, you have your own personal blueprint: a clear map of what your body needs, what your warning signs are, and what to do when something shifts.

    The Metabolic Blueprint is a focused, one-on-one session designed to help you understand how your body responds to food, stress, movement, and recovery — and why what you’ve been doing hasn’t been working.

    This is not a generic nutrition assessment. It’s a structured metabolic review that gives you personalized direction across diet, rest, exercise, and stress regulation — without complex protocols or lab testing. You’ll leave with clear, actionable guidance you can implement on your own.

    This session is best suited for women who:

    Feel low energy or “off” despite trying to eat well. Are confused by conflicting nutrition advice and want someone to look at their specific situation. Want personalized clarity without committing to a longer program. Are not currently navigating complex or chronic illness.

    If you move into the Metabolic Restoration Program within 30 days, your Blueprint investment is applied toward your program.

    Why is the Metabolic Restoration Program 6 Months?

    Because anything shorter is asking your body to skip steps. The four phases each need their own time — to reveal, to regulate, to release, to rebuild. Compressing the timeline doesn’t speed up the healing; it just moves us back into the cycle of pushing past what your body is actually ready for. Six months is what the work needs to hold.

    How often will we meet?

    We meet on a regular cadence across the six months, with the rhythm shifting slightly by phase — more closely in the foundational and release phases when course-corrections matter most, and a gentler cadence as you move into integration. We’ll talk through the specific schedule on our connection call.

    Are the labs included in the program cost?

    Yes — your functional labs are included in the total program investment. If you choose a monthly payment plan, your lab fees and your first month’s program fee are due at sign-up, with the remaining program fees spread across the months that follow. We’ll walk through everything together on our connection call. The labs are a meaningful part of this work — they’re what let us stop guessing — and I’ll never run anything we don’t actually need.

    Is this in-person or virtual?

    Sessions are 100% virtual nationwide, which means we can do this work no matter where you are. Labs are completed at home or at a local lab depending on the panel. Everything you need is shipped to you or scheduled around your life.

    What if I’m taking medications or working with other practitioners?

    That’s welcome and often helpful. This work is designed to sit alongside the care you already have — not replace it. I don’t make medication decisions, and I’ll happily coordinate with your other providers when that supports the work we’re doing together.

    What happens after the six months end?

    Most women leave the program knowing exactly how to keep this work going on their own. For those who want continued support, I offer a way to stay connected; we can talk about that when the time comes.

    What if my body doesn’t move at the “standard” pace?

    Then we move at your pace. The phases are a structure, not a stopwatch. Some women move through the foundation work quickly; some need longer in regulation before we ask the body to release. My job is to read what your body is telling us and adjust — that’s the whole point.
