My Philosophy
I take a holistic approach to my coaching, meaning we will not only take a look at what you put into your body nutritionally, but also what nourishes your body off the plate. This can be anything from a fulfilling career, healthy relationships, a spiritual practice and physcial activity. These areas of our lives provide purpose and fulfillment and when there is imbalance in any of these areas this can create hidden barriers to reaching ultimate health and wellbeing. I work with clients to peel back the layers and identify any hidden barriers and strategies for overcoming them.
I also believe in bio-indiviuality, meaning there is not one diet that fits all. We are all wonderfully unique and what might be “medicine” to one person may be “poison” to another. I take a customized approach with each and every client to identify the right nutrition plan for them specifically.
Clients who typically seek my services are looking for support with autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal issues, hormone imbalance or those that are seeking to break the viscious yo-yo dieting cycle and are looking for healthy, sustainable ways to achieve their health goals. I take a very personal and compassionate approach in providing support, encouragement, education and guidance in helping my clients find their healing.
